Job Seeker FAQs

Job availability changes daily. Once your application is complete, you will immediately be considered for appropriate positions based on your preferences and your skills.

Come into one of our offices and fill out an application. Give us your complete work history and your preferences in type of work, shift and location.

After your application is complete, you will interview with one of our staffing managers. The staffing manager will discuss your specific skillsets and learn more about your experiences in job-related settings. Once your reference checks with previous employers, criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening are complete and approved, you will become part of our job pool.

All-Star Personnel will provide client-specific new-hire orientation and onboarding before you’re sent to your job assignment. This will be completed at your local recruiting branch.

We will provide you with the contact number and expectations for checking in with us at your application intake. We encourage you to keep us posted on your availability and changes in your personal information.

Not every job will meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position, feel free to decline. We will still continue to offer you positions based on your skills and preferences.

Not every job is a good fit, and sometimes you can’t know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it’s not working for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find your replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Communication is the key.
