She’s been working with us at All-Star Personnel for seven years now and brings a blend of recruiting skills and experiences that can make all the difference.
She is a mother of three daughters and loves spending time with her family. She’s always looking for new experiences and new things to enjoy in life. Here’s some more about what makes her such a great staffing partner.
What interested you in becoming a recruiter?
I’m passionate about helping others, and being a recruiter gives me the chance to do that every day. I help job seekers on assignment by making sure to try my best to match associates to an assignment that fits their needs and gives them the best chance of being hired on full time with a client.
What’s your best tip for someone who is a new temporary associate?
My tip for associates is to take pride of the work you put in each day, because when you do it well you’ll be rewarded. What makes a great associate is someone who has the ability to learn and to get along well with others, so make sure that you put your best foot forward as a member of a new team.
What helps an associate stand out?
An associate who is easy going and has an agreeable personality is one who will stand out from the crowd. Someone who can show flexibility and follow through on commitments will be someone who gets the attention of a hiring manager.
What does a day in your life at All-Star Personnel look like?
Busy is the best way! Between our associates and our clients, every day is packed with opportunity to be productive and to make a difference. The associates I work with on assignment are great learners, always able to try new things and do their absolute best. It’s a very rewarding day.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I really enjoy getting to meet and assist diverse groups of people from various aspects of warehousing. I love recruiting, being on-site and managing for All-Star. Every piece of the work offers its own reward.
