What interested you in becoming a recruiter?

I am passionate about helping people get jobs!  

Can you tell us more about how you help a job seeker on assignment?

I try to really connect with each employee. I ask a lot of questions regarding their experience and their interests to understand what they are looking for. 

What’s your best tip for someone who is a new temporary associate?

I strongly encourage associates to take their temporary contracts seriously. Be responsible with your job, and keep an open mind. You never know how something will turn out until you give it your best effort.  

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Helping people get jobs is what I enjoy most. Talking to employees and making connections with them is very rewarding. 

In your opinion what makes a great associate?

Someone respectful, responsible, and have good communication skills. That’s what makes an associate successful. 

What helps an associate stand out?

Engage with the client! Make them want to talk to you and get to know you better. 

What does a day in your life at All-Star Personnel look like?

My days are very busy! Lots of phone calls and lots of paperwork but it’s all to help folks connect with employers and start working.  

What’s your best tip for an associate once they go on assignment?  

Go with an open mind and listen to your supervisor always!
