1st Shift Blend Technician

All-Star Personnel is currently hiring a 3rd shift Production Operator for a manufacturing facility in Nashville, TN. This temporary to permanent position. Shift hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11pm-7:30am. The right candidate will strive to ensure their actions are supportive of continuous improvement. They will assist with routine maintenance and machine trouble shooting as required. They will ensure that all production and quality reports relative to job are completed properly, and complete all paperwork require for data collection. The job requires the ability to load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device, and maintain cleanliness of work areas to ensure a safe, non-contaminated workplace. They will verify that finished goods packaging is correct. 

1st Shift Forklift

All-Star Personnel is currently looking to hire motivated and dedicated production associates for a manufacturing facility in Portland, TN. This is a temporary to permanent position. Shift hours are Monday – Fridays from 6:00am – 4:30pm or 5:00pm – 4:30am. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour. This opportunity is for Shoals Technologies Group, a world-wide leader within the Solar Industry. They produce industry-leading products that are helping to efficiently harness the power of solar energy, store it, and power electrical vehicles.

The right candidate for this job, will be working in the shipping and receiving department processing paperwork, greeting truck drivers, data entry, dock auditing, pulling tags, inventories, etc. They have the ability to operate a forklift, lift up to 50 lbs, work while standing, bending, twisting, and stooping for the duration of their shift. They need to operate basic machinery, use arm and shoulder strength to move wire, and have basic math skills. 

1st Production

We are currently looking to hire motivated and dedicated production associates for a manufacturing facility in Portland, TN. This is a temporary to permanent position. Shift hours are: 1st 5:00am – 03:30pm, 2nd 2:30pm – 11:00pm. Pay range is from $15.00 to $16.50. This role is for candidates who can powder and E-Coating of automotive parts, then racking and packing for Automotive distributions. Essential functions include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, bending, twisting, and stooping for the duration of shift. Candidates need to be able to work extra hours as needed, work under different climate temperatures, life, carry, load and unload parts in a fast-paced environment. They should have basic math skills, and should know that steel-toed or composite shoes are required.  

1st Shift QC Department

All-Star Personnel is currently hiring a QC/Triage Candidate for an electronics facility in Nashville, TN. This temporary to permanent position with shift hours between 8am and 4:30pm. Pay is $12 per hour. The work involves repairing used phones. Workers will need to perform system resets on used cell phones as part of the QC/Triage workflow. Candidates will need to be able to lift up to 30 lbs, work independently, and have good hand dexterity. Prior Triage experience is a plus.
